The CAC invites you to an art and dance workshop for children aged 7 to 11 to mark International Dance Day. Led by Delphine Wurtz, a civic service volunteer, this workshop will encourage imagination and creativity, from discovering Loïe Fuller to creating a "choreographic patchwork". Loïe Fuller was the muse of the Belle Époque and a leading figure of Art Nouveau. With her famous "Danse serpentine", made up of spirals and swirls of veils, the American Loïe Fuller redefined the body outside the tutu and laid the foundations for abstraction in dance.
Let's set off to discover dance through art, and create some unique dances together. Children will be able to dance freedom to enveloping music, so come and dance with heart and body.
From 10am to 12pm at the Gue(ho)st House. For children aged 7 to 11.
Free with reservation on 03 87 01 43 42 or publics@cac-synagoguedelme.org
