[ OFF-SITE ] MEET THE ARTISTS LÉA CAMMARATA AND LOUISE TALARICO

Friday 24 January 2025 - 3.00PM

In partnership with the Octave Cowbell gallery, the CAC - la synagogue de Delme invites you to meet the two artists Léa Cammarata and Louise Talarico at the heart of their exhibition Cornicello on Friday 24 January at 3pm, at 4 rue du Change, 57000 Metz.

For Cornicello, Léa Cammarata has invited video artist Louise Talarico, with whom she has been working for a number of years on the fantasised and speculated life of objects. Both work in the fields of film and contemporary art. They came together for this project based on the idea of a ‘third territory’ in which worlds have been displaced and then diluted. People steeped in their land who find themselves having to build elsewhere. An already inhabited elsewhere.

The meeting will consist of a presentation of the Octave Cowbell gallery, the CAC - la synagogue de Delme and the Perspective programme. It will be followed by a guided tour of Cornicello and a discussion with the artists on the question of professionalisation after art school.

Meeting on Friday 24 January at 3pm, free and open to all.
Address: OCTAVE COWBELL 4 rue du Change 57000 Metz

This exhibition is part of the Émergence programme run by the Région Grand Est, in partnership with the Perspective programme at ENSAD in Nancy and the Octave Cowbell gallery in Metz.
